Frico is one of my favorite cheese brand. I love the Red Hot Dutch, the flavor is amazing and it is an excellent choice for light snacks. I’d prefer to have it with crackers or crispy crusts. However, I do not mix them together or ably cheese on the crackers, but instead  I’d have sole bite from each and keep biting… I also prefer mild Edam or Gouda with coffee, one or two fingers will be more than adequate.
