My iPhone 5 is here

It has been awhile since i’ve decided to buy iPhone 5. I was trying to get it from London but my request was unsuccessful! In order to get and iPhone 5 in UK I’ve to send an online request with the preferred color & memory size and wait for an email from Apple depending on the availability of the iPhone. I’ve been doing that for 3 days in a row, and have not received any feedback on my request. Thus I’ve give-up !

While I was in the state and entered different Apple stores in different states. Whenever I ask for the unlocked version of the iPhone 5 they say it’s not yet available! When we reached NYC just 4 days before we leave the state and go back to my country. I wanted to show my friend the Apple store the one in the 5th Avenue. While we were there I was checking their accessories and it’s never cross my mind to ask again for the iPhone 5. I got a moleskin and iPhone cover and while I was at the cashier I said let me just ask about the iPhone 5 and deep inside I said as usual they’ll say it’s still not available. But I was shocked when I asked and the dude out there told me in which country you gonna use the iPhone! I was like hmmm in Kuwait! and then he said which color and memory size you want ? I told him 64 GB in Black. I was surprised when he said it’s available and it’s not technically unlocked but it meant to work everywhere except in the USA! I was really happy to finally purchase and have iPhone 5. I told him YOU MADE MY DAY 🙂

New York City Dec 3-8 2012

We stayed in the Time Square at the Marriott Marquis. One thing I really loved about this hotel that it has “Time Square Rooms” with an awesome view for the Time Square from the hotel room. The thing I did not like about the window that it was filled with dust from the outside and thus kinda ruin this great view! if they only clean the windows!!! We stayed at the 42 floor which explains why the windows were dirty! I bet it a bit hard to clean em in a regular basis.

Spending One Day at Sheraton Miami Airport

After our 8 day cruise we left the port heading to Sheraton hotel at miami airport.

The weather and the place was amazing. I loved their little swimming pool, and the lake at the front side of the hotel. We reached the hotel at 12:30 PM and we’ve been told to wait for the room to be ready not before 3 PM.

We then decided to have lunch at the bar restaurant in the terrace.

My choice was grilled fish fillet and it was a successful yummy dish.

after lunch we went to the reception to ask for our rooms key. while I was there I’ve been told that the last bus that goes to Macy’s will leave soon! I asked them to ask the bus driver to wait for 5 minutes. I went running to the room heading to the bathroom! that’s the first thing i’ll think of since it has been a long day and i haven’t gone to the bathroom I was like I don’t wanna miss the bus.. I don’t wanna miss shopping !

I’ve managed to catch the bus as he was waiting in front of the hotel. There was a Cuban guy waiting in the bus and we started chitchatting on our to Macy’s. The bus took like 6 stops to different hotels on our way. Then the dude told me that the we have only an hour to catch the bus again and get back to the hotel. I was like ooh no we’d probably take a text an hour! what’s the point of going then!

We reached Macy’s after an hour thrifty minutes. and then I discovered it’s in the International Mall in Miami. I was so excited and I called mom to tell her that we are in the International Mall. As she really wanted to visit this mall but there were no time to do so while we were in Miami 10 days ago and before our 8 days cruise.

The weather was stunning and the sky was filled with beautiful clouds. I managed to snap shot an airplane while we were there. Lots of airplane on the sky cause we were close to the airport.

Then I decided to buy my second bag, and my choice was Yellow 🙂 we started shopping a bit after knowing that the shops at this day will close at 10 PM which is really awesome. My friend then wanted to have dinner and we walked outside searching for a restaurant. We’ve spotted a Cuban restaurant in the other side of the mall across the street and we wen’t there. One strange thing that catch my attention while reading through their menu “grilled Dolphin” I was like WTF!!!
