Lucid Dreams is being aware of your dreams and deep inside you know that you are in a middle of dream & recognize it.
I didn’t experience Lucid Dreams except that when I experience really scary dream I have this feeling of hope that I am just dreaming and I’ll be able to wake up soon!
In fact I think this state of dream recognition is a bit hard for many reasons!
1- I barely remember a dream and it takes me few minutes to get some images after waking up from the dream immediately, it wont last much after all.
2- I cannot recognize that I was dreaming until I wake up.
3- Sometimes dreams contain actions where there isn’t enough time to be conscious in the middle of these action and pay your full attention that’s it’s nothing but a dream.
After all I would really love to live my dream paying my full attention that I am in the middle of a dream and do whatsoever I want to do without any fears and live the adventures!
