A Traveler Foodie e-Spot.. Traveling like quantum!

I’ve never considered having any type of pastas without sauces like cream or tomato. Until one day I tried the Pasta Olio in Venice which was a simple dish that contains Olive oil, garlic and other ingredients mixed all together to create the Olio sauce. It was a yum yum experience. The word Olio caught my attention while I was reading through “Pasta Mania” menu and I was hopping to get that simple yum yum taste. Compared to the one I had in Venice,  It was a successful try! of Course it was not the same as the one I had in Italy but it was a pretty much similar to it, and I love it.
