In Kuwait we have a traditional dish called “Mu7amar” it’s basically I sweetened rice and salty fish stew. What is strange that I’ve never ever tried this dish in my whole life. Although i am into seafood and I wouldn’t mind to give it a try. At home we don’t do Mu7amar, and I wanted to make sure to try it from someone who has the talent and grasp the way it should be done perfectly. I wanted to have it the way it cooked at the olden days in Kuwait. So I asked my mom to check with her friends and family for someone who can do it the right way. and here it comes, at first i couldn’t accept the fact that the rice was too sweetened and then after mixing it with the salty fish stew it was great. Not that I am gonna have it again, but at least I know now what if Mu7amar š and I would do a slight modification to the dish by adding salt to the rice instead of the sugar and call it modified Mu7amar!
