I haven’t realized that I’ve gained weight until today! I opened my closet and took my summer Bermuda Jeans in an attempt to wear it.. But guess what? I couldn’t close the zipper!!!   I felt really shocked, frustrated, serprized, and  didn’t enjoy my lunch meal either. Guess it’s time to take this issue seriously… I should close my mouth ! <– Zip it.
