I was thinking of a new machine to start exercising again.. I do have lots of other machines at home, but for some reasons I stopped using them!  for instates I stopped using the Treadmill at home, studies shows that Treadmills might cause harm to the knees! I needed to get the home Pilate Machine, but sadly I didn’t find it here in Kuwait! Finally I’ve decided to get an Elliptical machine. I started searching for it in different places and finally I was somehow convinced to get a Reebok Elliptical Machine. and I’ve received it this afternoon 🙂
