Multiple Electricity ٍhutdown

I don’t know what’s wrong with the electricity in my house, whenever it starts raining the fuse begins to cut off! Am between going to the cable to turn the switch on and back to my room back and forth for more than 8 times now ! I’m trying to contact the electricity emergency but the line is always busy! What a tough day! I was in the middle of something on the net and boooom no connection 😦
I’m sitting in front of a candle waiting for the line to ring!!!!
