I spent 65% of my time during the day on my desk in front of my laptop, between studying, reading articles on the net, doing my homeworks and assignments, checking my emails, online shopping , on FB, socialising, watching movies/TV series on youtube, and playing games! but since I started attending classes in the university again you can say I spend from 2 to 3 hours in front of my laptop on daily basis.
Lately I am craving for rice! and started to gain weight back again! when it comes to food I’ve to be careful not to eat 3 dangerous things R.B.FF, that I’ve to divorce “Rice, Breads, and French Fries” without them I’ll be extremely fine, away from gainning those extra weights.
